<p>This year’s Hell in a Cell promises more shocking moments as anything can happen inside ‘Satan’s Structure’ and many matches could go either way this Sunday at the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AT%26T_Center" target="_blank" rel="noopener">AT&amp;T Center</a> in San Antonio, Texas.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>R-Truth and Carmella wins</strong></h2>

<p>This would probably take place on the kickoff show possibly against Almas and Vega. While the natural route would be to have Almas and Vega pick up the win, R-Truth and Carmella are the more dynamic mixed tag-team.</p>



<p>Giving them a win would start Hell in a Cell on a note of uncertainty that anything can happen. This would also get huge pops from the crowd and would give Carmella something to do instead of languishing in the background so soon after being the champ.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Matt Hardy debuts as the new GM</strong></h2>

<p>It is widespread knowledge now that Matt Hardy has pretty much hung up his wrestling boots. It could be Hell in a Cell where he makes it official. He could then go on to become the full-time RAW general manager as Kurt Angle is potentially preparing for a match at Survivor’s series.</p>



<p>Matt Hardy still has plenty of pull with the WWE Universe and WWE would be keen to take advantage of his popularity. This could also mean the end of his current gimmick.</p>







<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>The Undertaker vs Triple H staredown</strong></h2>

<p>If there is one PPV that is synonymous with the Undertaker then it has to be Hell in a Cell. With a high-profile match coming up with Triple-H and warning shots fired from both ends, Hell in a Cell would be where the build-up is taken to the next level.</p>



<p>This would also be the first time the two could get physical or the least it would end up in an intense staredown. It would also keep the crowd happy as a full-blown Undertaker entrance at Hell in a Cell is something that would turn every WWE fan into a 6-year old.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Rusev day become tag champions</strong></h2>

<p>Common knowledge dictates that the New Day will retain their titles. However, there are two very good reasons that point towards the contrary happening. First is the fact that WWE have finally realized how over Rusev Day is and might be forced to make this happen.</p>



<p>Second is the fact that The New Day can stay relevant even without the title. The tag division needs something new as the New Day have faced everyone else and every scenario involving them has been played out.</p>







<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Seth Rollins costs the match teasing Dean Ambrose’s heel turn</strong></h2>

<p>This is where the seeds of Dean’s heel turn are sowed. Seth Rollins could be the one who gets pinned or he could inadvertently hit Ambrose causing them the match and a chance of being the tag champions.</p>



<p>While a full-blown heel turn is still way down the line, this could be where it all begins. This would set in motion a drawn out storyline with massive pay-off possibly all the way to Wrestlemania.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Bray Wyatt debuts a new character</strong></h2>

<p>With Woken Matt Hardy pretty much over the hill, the successful Deleters of World gimmick is doomed to be short-lived. Bray Wyatt could debut a totally new character that is as far removed from his otherworldly gimmick as possible. It could be something like how The Deadman changed in to the American Badass.</p>



<p>Hopefully, this keeps Bray Wyatt afloat rather than take him back to where he was before teaming up with Matt Hardy.&nbsp;Given that Luke Harper is also pretty much free after Erick Rowan&#8217;s injury, a Wyatt Family re-union is also something to lookout for.</p>

<p>It is almost a certainty that Nikki Bella vs Ronda Rousey will be one of the headliners of Evolution. That storyline could begin on Sunday. Rousey would beat Bliss retaining her championship leading to a celebration after the match.</p>



<p>As has been done numerous times before, Nikki Bella would probably appear to congratulate Rousey before beating her up. WWE has been turning wrestlers heel left and right and Nikki Bella is the next one up for a change.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Samoa Joe adds AJ Styles’ family as part of match stipulation</strong></h2>

<p>Samoa Joe has done pretty much every despicable thing that can be done to Styles’ family to get into his head. This could be the ultimate act of manipulation. He could also get a match stipulation wherein Styles can lose the title if he gets disqualified and that is exactly how Styles ends up losing the title.</p>



<p>This would keep the feud alive for a long time. Styles winning yet again would effectively kill this storyline and WWE would not want that.</p>

<p>Jeff Hardy has been of late sending out tweets that seem to suggest that he is going to debut his Brother Nero gimmick from his TNA days in Hell in a Cell.</p>



<p>While his current face paint and white contacts are inspired by that character, we only got a brief glimpse of the Nero character during a comical segment involving his brother and Bray Wyatt. His current storyline desperately needs something new and this could be it.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Braun Strowman becomes the Universal Champion</strong></h2>

<p>Most people are assuming that Roman Reigns is going to retain. However, reports suggest that WWE are undecided on how to end this match. They were hoping for a better reaction for Roman Reigns as the champion but any time he is alone and not part of the Shield, he gets booed pretty loudly.</p>



<p>WWE are also afraid that making Strowman lose could slow his roll and reduce the value of the Money in the Bank briefcase. This could also be a massive heist for the heel team of Strowman, Ziggler and McIntyre if all three emerge as champions at the end of Hell in a Cell.</p>
