Current WWE Monday Night RAW General Manager Kurt Angle and former SmackDown Live General Manager Daniel Bryan came to work together for the same wrestling company for the first time in spring 2017. Although at that time, both Angle and Bryan were expected never to compete in the ring ever, fate ultimately brought these two wrestling greats face to face at the first-ever 50-Man Greatest Royal Rumble Match in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Although these two men exchanged blows for the first time in a ring during Angle’s final minute or so before the 1996 Gold Medallist was eliminated by Elias, WWE made it sure not to over-expose and keep fans craving for more in what remains a dream match for the WWE Universe.
