Should Happen: Kofi Kingston Takes His Revenge

Kofi Kingston will be defending his WWE Championship against Randy Orton, his fourth PPV opponent since winning the title at WrestleMania. The Kofi-Randy rivalry is almost a decade in making and goes beyond the Squared Circle. Kingston was apparently kept out of the main-event picture in 2009 due to Randy Orton’s backstage influence, and WWE has integrated this part into their current storyline rather brilliantly.

Kofi Kingston’s reign has been one of the best in recent memory, and could potentially join the G.O.A.T championship reigns club if he overcomes Orton next Sunday.

Should NOT Happen: Samoa Joe Is Off The Card

Samoa Joe is currently not advertised for a match at SummerSlam, neither is he rumored to face any superstar according to backstage reports. Samoa Joe has delivered two of the best matches in the last two SummerSlam events, and he main-evented the 2017 edition.

Joe staying off the card would be a travesty and WWE must find a way to book him for a match at SummerSlam.
