At least six other former Divas and Women Superstars have been confirmed for the 50-woman Battle Royal during WWE Evolution.

The Battle Royal was officially announced on October 15. It is supposed to feature women Superstars from the past and the present.

Initially, fourteen current Women Superstars were announced for the Battle Royal, and speculation was rampant that they would be joined by Legends and Hall of Famers. Now it has been confirmed that Hall of Famers Alundra Blaze and Ivory will be in the event.

Both Blaze and Ivory had previously been announced for Evolution, but this is the first time that their role in the WWE’s first all-women pay-per-view would be.

They will be joined by two-time Women’s Champion and the Inaugural Diva’s Champion Michelle McCool (who fueled rumors of her return by releasing a workout video on Instagram).

Also confirmed for the Battle Royal are former Women’s Champion Molly Holly. Holly is also one of the few women to be a Hardcore Champion. We last saw Holly in a WWE ring when she was a surprise entrant in the women’s Royal Rumble match during the 2018 Royal Rumble.

Also announced for the Battle Royal are former Divas Champion Kelly Kelly, and the newly returned Maria Kanellis.

So, if we’re keeping track, that’s now 20 women confirmed for the Battle Royal. The six former WWE women superstars:

  1. Alundra Blaze
  2. Ivory
  3. Michelle McCool
  4. Molly Holly
  5. Kelly Kelly
  6. Maria Kanellis (who can be argued is a current star but the official announcement lumps her in here, maybe because she’s not an in-ring competitor right now)

Plus the initial fourteen superstars, thirteen who are current and one who is “returning”

  1. Asuka
  2. Naomi
  3. Carmella
  4. Nia Jax
  5. Ember Moon
  6. Alicia Fox
  7. Dana Brooke
  8. Lana
  9. Billy Kay
  10. Peyton Royce
  11. Mandy Rose
  12. Sonya Deville
  13. Tamina Snuka
  14. Torrie Wilson

That means 20 women are now part of the Battle Royal but we still have 30 slots left. These slots will probably be taken by more returning stars or by NXT up-and-comers.
