WWE invaded Philadelphia last night for their penultimate episode of Raw before Evolution and the show definitely had a different feel. There were a number of familiar faces who made their return to the ring last night, with two of them coming at the best time in order for them to be added to the first ever all women’s pay-per-view this month.

Tamina Snuka was the first face that made her return as she teamed with Dana Brooke in a losing effort against Nia Jax and Ember Moon, but it was Brooke that took the pin following an Eclipse before all four women started the build-up to the newly announced women’s Battle Royal at WWE Evolution.

Samir Singh‘s return was the most understated of the night as he appeared at ringside for Jinder Mahal’s match against Finn Balor and was only recognized by the commentary team. Samir has been out of action since he tore his ACL back in January and finally made his long-awaited return last night.

Sasha Banks has been one of the most talked about stars in WWE over the past few weeks, but she also made her return to WWE TV last night when she evened the odds for Natalya against The Riott Squad. Banks is seemingly over her recent injury and will now be looking to pick up a feud ahead of Evolution.

Apollo Crews was the final returnee of the night. The former NXT star hasn’t been seen on WWE TV since Titus Worldwide went their separate ways, but this week on Raw he was the man who interrupted¬†Elias and seemingly picked up a rivalry heading into Crown Jewel next month.
