AEW has lined up three huge bookings for the next two episodes of Dynamite and more announcements are along the way this holiday season.

Cody Rhodes calling out MJF on the latest edition of AEW Dynamite has intensified things between both men. The Co-Executive Vice President is willing to take on MJF at all costs and demands the latter to name his price.

Next week on Dynamite, Rhodes will join forces with a partner of MJF’s choice (QT Marshall) to take on The Butcher and The Blade in Garland, Texas.

On the other hand, The Young Bucks will square off with Proud N Powerful (Santana and Ortiz) in a Texas Street Fight to ring Christmas in early.

Chris Jericho had a lot to say this week on AEW Dynamite after debuting “The Lexicon Of Le Champion” amidst huge pop from the live crowd.

Jericho called Jungle Boy “a piece of sh*t” claiming the latter wouldn’t even last 10 minutes with him. This led to a top booking for the pre-Christmas show.

Reigning AEW World Champion Jericho will be taking on Jungle Boy on the December 18th episode of Dynamite in Corpus Christi, Texas. This would be Le Champion’s final match of 2019.

Whether the AEW World Title will be on the line is still unknown but it shouldn’t come off as a surprise if it’s a non-title match with Jungle Boy having the opportunity to get a guaranteed shot at the gold if he’s able to beat Jericho next Wednesday.

The next two weeks will be a blast for wrestling fans now that WWE NXT has also lined up an exciting card to compete with AEW’s bookings. Both shows have had their fair share of momentum but it will be interesting to see which brand has the final laugh this Christmas season.
