AEW On TNT Sells Out Second and Third Show, Britt Baker Cleared To Wrestle

Much like was the case for tickets for AEW’s premier episode on TNT, the second and third tapings for AEW on TNT sold out in a matter of hours.

The tickets went on sale at 12 noon ET on Friday (August 16) and by 1:07 PM ET, AEW announced that both events were sold out.

The second episode of AEW on TNT is scheduled for October 9 at the Agganis Arena in Boston while the third episode will be on October 16 at the Liacouras Center in Philadelphia. The shows will be aired live from 8-10 PM ET.

Second Women’s Match Announced For All Out

AEW’s next pay-per-view All Out has added another women’s match to the card.

The promotion has announced that two of their joshi wrestlers Riho and Hikaru Shida will have a match during All Out.

Riho and Hikaru had previously been at the Double or Nothing pay-per-view. That time they teamed with Ryo Mizunami against Aja Kong, Emi Sakura, and Yuka Sakazaki.

Riho has also been in Fyter Fest, where she faced Nyla Rose and Yuka Sakazaki, and in Fight for the Fallen where she teamed with Britt Baker to take on Bea Priestley and Shoko Makajima.

The rest of the AEW women’s roster is expected to be in the Casino Battle Royal which will take place during The Buy In part of All Out.

Britt Baker Cleared To Wrestle

Speaking of Britt Baker, during the tag team match at Fight for the Fallen, she suffered a concussion.

Now, however, she is announcing that she has been officially cleared to make her return to the ring and it looks like her return will be at All Out.

According to Baker’s tweet, she is cleared and ready to win the Casino Battle Royale to become a contender for the AEW Women’s Championship.

There are to be 21 women who will enter the Battle Royale. Aside from Baker, the women currently announced for the event are Teal Piper, Ivelisse, Jazz, Nyla Rose, Yuka Sakazaki, Allie, and Brandi Rhodes.
