The main event of Impact Wrestling’s Hard To Kill pay-per-view saw the AEW World Champion Kenny Omega and Impact Wrestling Tag Team Champions, Doc Gallows and Karl Anderson standing tall.
They two were involved in a six-man tag team match with Impact Wrestling World Champion Rich Swann, Chris Sabin, and Moose.
The match was made after Swann and the others took offense at Omega visiting the show, talking Impact down and palling around with Gallows and Anderson who he knew from their days in New Japan Pro Wrestling.
During their time in Japan, all three were members of the faction, the Bullet Club. Omega was the faction’s leader for a time and Gallows and Andersons were his enforcers.
The match eventually came down to world champion vs. world champion with Swann and Omega squaring off in the ring. Omega was able to hit both his V-Trigger and One-Winged Angel finisher on Swann to get the pinfall victory.
The show ended with Omega and The Good Brothers celebrating on the ramp. No word yet on how this storyline will end, if Omega will show up on the next Impact, or maybe, in retaliation, some Impact superstars will find their way to AEW Dynamite.
