AEW’s Jake Hager Defeats Brandon Calton at Bellator 250, Remains Undefeated

At Bellator 250, Jake Hager defeated former Pittsburgh Steeler Brandon Calton via split decision  (28-29, 29-28, 29-28). The latest victory brings Hager’s MMA record to 3-0.

The fight was evenly balanced and both men went back and forth. However, it was the proud Inner Circle member who emerged victorious after a bloody third round.

It is to be noted that just like Hager’s previous fight at Bellator 231, there was a low blow during last night’s bout as well.

AEW sent out a tweet to congratulate Hager on his impressive victory.

The Inner Circle and Hager will definitely have a lot to celebrate next week on Dynamite. It’s a very interesting time for Chris Jericho’s faction – MJF is trying his very best to join the group but Hager isn’t too sure about the Dynamite Diamond Ringholder just yet.

Hager’s undefeated MMA streak inevitably raises the bar for his next fight in the cage. It remains to be seen which man can hand Hager his first loss in MMA.
