Alex Reynolds Issues Health Update After Getting Knocked Out on AEW Dynamite

Dark Order member Alex Reynolds was one of two on-air injuries reported for the last episode of Dynamite.

While one injury, that of Fenix, has resulted in changes in the upcoming shows it looks like Reynolds might be cleared to return to the ring.

Reynolds had been part of the four-way tag team main event to determine the number one contender for the tag team titles held by FTR.

Reynolds, his Dark Order stablemate John Silver, The Butcher and The Blade, Private Party, and the Young Bucks participated, with the Young Bucks winning.

During the match, however, after taking a double leg drop combo from the top rope from Private Party, Reynolds was knocked unconscious.

AEW has received some criticism for this because Reynolds was left lying in the ring with no one seeming to realize what had happened or bothering to check on him. He eventually regained consciousness and walked backstage on his own power.

Reynolds responded to fans’ concerns on Twitter, saying that while he appreciated it, “injuries happen” and he thinks the situation was handled appropriately.

“I feel completely safe with our team here. Thanks again and I’m looking forward to seeing you soon,” he wrote.
