Alexa Bliss lost her match at Extreme Rules when she challenged Bayley for the SmackDown Women’s Championship alongside Nikki Cross and last night on Raw she was given the opportunity to be the woman to challenge Becky Lynch at SummerSlam for the Raw Women’s Championship instead.

Bliss has been struggling with a sickness bug over the past week, which is why The Goddess enlisted the help of Nikki Cross at Extreme Rules and why she looked completely exhausted throughout last night’s match. Bliss didn’t get involved for most of the match, hardly delivered any moves and wasn’t there two take any either.

The Goddess shared the ring with Natalya, Carmella and Naomi as the four women battled it out to become the number one contender for the Raw Women’s Championship at SummerSlam in a fatal four-way elimination match.

The match aired for more than 20 minutes and it was clear that the WWE Universe were not entertained, the crowd chanted “This is awful” and “We want Sasha” throughout, which is something that Bliss obviously took offense to.

At one point in the match, she began shouting at the crowd before she then took to Twitter to call out the audience in Long Island for being “disrespectful”.

The former Women’s Champion went on to retweet another statement about the crowd reaction before continuing to push her original statement about the WWE Universe.

Bliss has been struggling on WWE TV recently and it’s hoped that this loss on Raw will now mean that The Goddess can get some rest and overcome her recent bout of illness since she has been part of the main event picture for the women over the past few weeks and it hasn’t allowed her any time to recover at all.
