Alexa Bliss has been sidelined ever since she lost her Raw Women’s Championship match to Ronda Rousey back at Hell in a Cell when it was revealed that she had suffered an arm injury and was experiencing weakness down her left arm.
Bliss was then taken out of the Mixed Match Challenge as a precaution and replaced by Ember Moon, who has since gone on to team with Braun Strowman.
Despite being sidelined, Bliss has remained a consistent face on WWE TV, but she hasn’t been physical in the ring, instead, she has been relegated to promos and managerial duties.
Bliss has also had her Evolution match changed so that she and Mickie James will now face Lita and Trish Stratus in a tag team match rather than two singles.
Evolution takes place next Sunday night and the good news is that according to PWInsider Alexa Bliss is scheduled to be part of this weekend’s WWE Live Events which means that she must have been cleared to return to in-ring competition.
Bliss was part of Monday Night Raw last night where she continued to build to the match with WWE Hall of Famer’s Trish Stratus and Lita alongside Mickie James, but she only delivered a promo. Bliss could be returning to the ring next week on Raw on the final episode before the first ever all-women’s pay-per-view.
Sasha Banks was the only other injury concern heading into Evolution and she made her return to the ring last night on Raw where she was able to get physical with The Riott Squad, so it appears that WWE has no new injury concerns ahead of the event and can now build the card that they originally planned.
