WWE has plenty of producers and writers in their backstage staff, and most of them focus on developing just one or two matches on a particular show.
Survivor Series had plenty of excellent encounters, including the tag-match, Sasha Banks vs Asuka, and the highly acclaimed Drew McIntyre vs Roman Reigns matchup.
According to PWInsider, Michael Hayes was responsible for the incredible battle between the Universal Champion and the WWE Champion. Hayes has closely worked with Vince McMahon, Paul Heyman, and Roman Reigns to develop the Tribal Chief gimmick.
Former Tag Champion Tyson Kidd received credits for the Sasha-Asuka matchup and also helped in the Women’s Elimination Match along with Pat Buck.
Pat Buck also produced the fantastic tag-team battle between New Day and Street Profits. Chris Park, f.k.a Abyss, helped in the Men’s Elimination Match, which was won by Park’s good friend AJ Styles’ team.
Jason Jordan produced the Bobby Lashley-Sami Zayn battle of the midcard titles, while Adam Pearce, the unofficial GM of RAW and Smackdown, produced the pre-show battle royal.
