<p>A new ROH World Champion was crowned at AEW Dynasty as Bandido defeated Chris Jericho in a dramatic and emotionally charged match, reclaiming the title for a second time.</p>



<p>The bout initially appeared to end in heartbreak for Bandido, as Jericho used a bat-assisted strike to score a tainted pinfall while Bryan Keith distracted the referee. Per the pre-match stipulation, the loss would have forced Bandido to unmask.</p>



<p>However, Bandido’s mother and sister, seated ringside, pointed out the hidden bat to referee Aubrey Edwards, who located the weapon near the steel steps and restarted the match. </p>

<p>The win concludes a heated rivalry that saw Jericho repeatedly disrespecting Bandido’s heritage, including stealing the mask of Bandido’s brother, Gravity. The story came full circle as Bandido celebrated in-ring with his family while a stunned and defeated Jericho exited in silence.</p>
