Becky Lynch has been on the sidelines on SmackDown Live ever since she was punched in the face by Nia Jax on the go home episode of Raw ahead of Survivor Series.
Lynch suffered a concussion and a broken face following the botch and it was reported earlier this week that Lynch had been cleared following her concussion but was still struggling with a nasal fracture.
The SmackDown Women’s Champion defends her title in the first-ever women’s TLC match next weekend against Asuka and Charlotte, which has left many fans wondering if The Lasskicker will be part of the match at all, something that The Irish star recently addressed on her Twitter account.
I’m seeing reports that I “might not be cleared” for TLC. Let me say this as clearly as I can: nothing will keep me from fighting on Dec 16th. I’ve got heads to slap and a title to keep. The Man will come around. pic.twitter.com/bAPFtisIGo

Lynch has obviously come across the reports about her injuries over the past few days and whilst she didn’t state that she had been cleared, she made it clear that nothing would stand in the way of her defending her Women’s Championship at Tables, Ladders, and Chairs.
Charlotte and Asuka face off in a WrestleMania rematch next week on SmackDown Live since much of the build-up has centered around the two women’s dislike of one another, which could be WWE’s way of protecting Lynch so that she isn’t the one taking the most abuse in the match.
It is also interesting to note that the odds for the match changed dramatically yesterday and now Charlotte is the favorite to reclaim the Women’s Championship for a record eighth time, whilst Lynch is second favorite and Asuka is seen as an outsider.
Given the fact that Ronda Rousey and Charlotte will be in the same arena for the first time since Survivor Series, there could be much more to this match than meets the eye.
