New Japan Pro-Wrestling has officially announced the 32nd annual Best of the Super Juniors tournament, which kicks off on May 9 in Chiba, with the finals taking place on June 1 at Ota City General Gymnasium.



Twenty of the world’s top junior heavyweight wrestlers will compete across two blocks in round-robin action, with the winners meeting in the final. Last year’s tournament saw El Desperado claim the prestigious winged trophy in a long-awaited career milestone.



While the full list of participants has now been revealed, anticipation is building to see who will follow in Desperado’s footsteps and secure a shot at junior heavyweight greatness in BOSJ 2025.
