Crown Jewel has been surrounded by controversy and even though it was an unpopular decision for WWE to go ahead with the show, it finally takes place this Friday and some of WWE’s biggest stars will be part of the company.

Even though John Cena has pulled out of the show and has been replaced in the World Cup by Bobby Lashley and Daniel Bryan’s status for the show is still up in the air, there are still a number of matches that are set to take place as part of the show that will bring in good ratings for WWE.

One of the biggest matches on the show will see D-Generation X reform to take on The Brothers of Destruction after the four men built up to the show as part of Super Show-Down a few weeks ago.

The betting odds have been revealed for both this tag team match and the Universal Championship match between Brock Lesnar and Braun Strowman which make for some interesting reading.

According to Sky Bet, Braun Strowman is the current 2/5 favorite in his match against Brock Lesnar whilst D-Generation X are the narrow 8/11 favorites over The Brothers of Destruction who are 1/1 underdogs.

The WWE World Cup tournament betting odds have also been revealed and interestingly, Seth Rollins is currently the favorite with 9/4 odds, whilst The Miz is second with 11/4 odds.

It’s set to be an interesting few hours of wrestling entertainment on Friday evening and will include a number of names that the WWE Universe haven’t seen in the ring in a while, whilst there is also the possibility that Hulk Hogan will make his return to the company for the first time in three years, since the WWE Hall of Famer has hinted that he will be in The Middle East this week.
