Bianca Belair Wants Floyd Mayweather and Serena Williams To Join WWE

Bianca Belair, the latest addition to the Monday Night RAW roster, has been on a roll since WrestleMania 36. The EST of NXT has delivered impressive performances on the red brand so far and is riding high on the momentum thus garnered.

While it’s too early to consider Belair a worthy contender for the RAW Women’s Championship, it appears that the 31-year-old Superstar is already eyeing Becky Lynch’s gold on the flagship brand.

During a recent interview with WWE UK, Belair set the record straight – the EST is hell-bent on winning the women’s titles across the three major brands.

“The cliché answer is if I’m on RAW to be the RAW Women’s Champion, or if I’m on SmackDown to be the SmackDown Women’s Champion, or to eventually be the NXT Women’s Champion.”

Belair was also asked to name the sports personalities she would like to see become a permanent name in WWE. The former NXT star didn’t waste any time to state that undefeated boxer Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather and legendary tennis player Serena Williams are the two celebrity athletes she would prefer to see as WWE Superstars.

“Personality-wise really just being charismatic and being able to get people invested in, Mayweather would be great. He has a crazy, great background and he would come in and like shake things up.”

“I also think that someone like Serena Williams would be great too. I think as a woman, she’s just powerful and strong, she can represent and you know, I think she can bring a whole other demographic of fans and audiences to WWE. I think those two could really come in and shake things up here.”

WWE’s Chief Brand Ambassador, Stephanie McMahon had previously talked about signing Serena Williams once she’s done with her illustrious tennis career. As for Floyd Mayweather, the undefeated boxer actually wrestled The Big Show in a winning effort in WrestleMania 24.

Over the years, many eminent personalities from the world of sports have hit the WWE ring to try their luck. Given the strong financial position of the billion-dollar promotion, it shouldn’t be a problem for Vince McMahon to sign both Mayweather and Williams if the opportunity arises in the future.
