Braun & “A Kid” Wins RAW Tag Team Championship, The Undertaker Responds To Cena’s Challenge At ‘Mania 34

The Bar (Sheamus & Cesaro) lost the RAW Tag Team Championships at WrestleMania 34 to The Monster Among Men, Braun Strowman and Nicholas. Nicholas is a 10-year old kid who was in attendance at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome on the night’s show. Monday Night RAW had been teasing fans about Braun’s “mystery partner” for the tag team championship match at WrestleMania and the teammate was finally revealed at The Grandest Stage Of Them All when Strowman announced prior to the match that his partner was going to be one of them. Braun went on to scan the crowd and then took a walk through the crowd for a few minutes to ultimately settle on 10-year old Nicholas who would then go on to have his WrestleMania moment by being one half of the new RAW Tag Team Champions. Nicholas was a part of the action and although Strowman dominated most of the match, he did tag Nicholas to take a breath. The kid slowly got in the ring but quickly tagged out after a few seconds. Strowman then got back in, cleaned the ring and finally delivered a Powerslam to Cesaro to clinch the victory. The crowd at the venue had high positive reactions and social media too seemed to be quite entertained with Braun’s middle-schooler tag team partner.

Amidst a lot of drama and a lightning bolt striking The Deadman’s gear in-ring( in the same position that he left it inside the ring at WrestleMania 33),The Undertaker returned at WrestleMania 34 to finally respond to John Cena’s challenge which the 16-time WWE Champion issued right after Fastlane. Although the match was official, it lasted under three minutes. The Phenom made quick work of Cena, sat up when John went for the five knuckle shuffle and quickly delivered an iconic Chokeslam followed by a Tombstone Piledriver for the victory. However, it hasn’t been announced (as of writing) whether this was Taker’s last-ever match at WrestleMania.
