Chris Jericho: “I’ll Never Leave AEW”

Chris Jericho was one of the first names on board when All Elite Wrestling came into existence nearly two years ago, and Le Champion has been at the forefront of the company so far.

Jericho has been a force to reckon with, in the company, with his gang of heels, The Inner Circle, and he is completely enjoying his role.

On the recent episode of Talk Is Jericho, Y2J revealed that he will never leave the company, and talked about the several benefits which the Khan Family has in place for AEW wrestlers.

Jericho added that these benefits were nowhere to be found during his time with WWE.

“To me, it’s one of those things where I’m really glad that we were able to take a chance, and get this company off the ground and make it successful. And I have no intentions of ever going anywhere ever again. I like it here, I like working for the Khan family. And it’s been a lot of fun. Which sometimes, it was not as fun in WWE. So it’s definitely a whole different vibe here.”

“Right off the bat, not to get into the specifics, but things that I have here in AEW I never had in WWE for 20 years. Even something as simple as paying your expenses on the road, like any team does.

Jericho has declared himself the ‘Demo God’ and the ‘Million Viewer Man’ after helping AEW Dynamite take down NXT on several occasions.

Jericho left WWE in 2017, after one of the most entertaining runs of his career, and wrestled for NJPW for a while before joining AEW full-time.
