Halloween Havoc Trademark
PWInsider reports that WWE’s recent application of the “Halloween Havoc” trademark has been met with a refusal. A pending application from KNB, Inc., a company based in Las Vegas, has caused WWE’s application to be declined. KBN filed its application in June 2018 while WWE submitted theirs in September. As stated by the USPTO,
“The identification of services is indefinite and must be clarified because the nature of the services is unclear. Applicant must amend the identification to specify the common commercial or generic name of the services. If the services have no common commercial or generic name, applicant must describe or explain the nature of the services using clear and succinct language.”

How vocal are you backstage?
Very vocal, we bother them a lot.
And do you feel that you’re listened to?
Sometimes, yeah. It’s a process.
