Halloween Havoc Trademark

PWInsider reports that WWE’s recent application of the “Halloween Havoc” trademark has been met with a refusal. A pending application from KNB, Inc., a company based in Las Vegas, has caused WWE’s application to be declined. KBN filed its application in June 2018 while WWE submitted theirs in September. As stated by the USPTO,

“The identification of services is indefinite and must be clarified because the nature of the services is unclear. Applicant must amend the identification to specify the common commercial or generic name of the services. If the services have no common commercial or generic name, applicant must describe or explain the nature of the services using clear and succinct language.”

Bayley On Her Current Position In WWE

Former RAW Women’s Champion Bayley was recently interviewed by Metro Sport during which The Hugger reflected on her current position in WWE.

How satisfied are you with where you are in WWE at the moment?

I never really look at other people, I just worry about myself. I’m always wanting more and there’s always a lot more to be done but we’re working on it and trying our best.

How vocal are you backstage?

Very vocal, we bother them a lot.

And do you feel that you’re listened to?

Sometimes, yeah. It’s a process.
