WWE officially announced earlier today that they would be pushing forward with their Crown Jewel even in Saudi Arabia next Friday afternoon despite recent controversy surrounding the country and the fact that their own fans have called for them to ax the show.
WWE’s financial stability for the next year depends on their current deal with Saudi Arabia and the announcement has annoyed a number of wrestling fans including The Young Bucks who openly tweeted out about the fact that “money isn’t everything.”
It’s obvious that many members of WWE’s roster don’t want to have to make the trip to the Middle East next week and these names include Daniel Bryan, John Cena, and Dean Ambrose, but one name that hasn’t been mentioned is Tye Dillinger.
The Perfect 10 shockingly agreed with The Young Buck’s statement about WWE which could well land him in hot water since WWE will be wanting their roster to remain positive ahead of the show.
This time around, there won’t be a huge battle royal which means that Dillinger may not make the trip with the rest of the SmackDown brand but he could well be punished by the company for publicly expressing his disapproval of plans that aren’t his business.
The status of Crown Jewel has been up in the air for the best part of the past month and the company has announced something that will definitely be seen as an unpopular decision so the last thing that they needed was an employee taking to Social Media to express his opinion on the subject.
Luckily, Dillinger isn’t part of a storyline at the moment so if the company does decide to punish him, it will probably be off-screen.
