D-Von Dudley has recently been taking some personal time away from WWE <a href="https://api.wrestlingworld.co/news/wwe-hall-of-famer-d-von-dudley-reveals-that-hes-recovering-from-a-stroke/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">after suffering a stroke</a> at the end of last year. 



The former nine-time Tag Team Champion has recently revealed that he is almost back to his best following a few health issues and already seems confident about his future with WWE.



While his former Tag Team partner Bubba Ray has since left WWE and continued to wrestle on the Independent Circuit, D-Von has accepted a job as a backstage producer which means that he&#8217;s available for cameo appearances when needed. 



On the latest episode of <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FmYIKQ-uv_4&amp;t=2s&amp;ab_channel=WrestlingAudio" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener nofollow">Table Talk</a>, the WWE Hall of Famer made it clear that he would love to be part of next year&#8217;s Royal Rumble match, which gives him plenty of time to recover and prepare. 



<blockquote class="wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow">“Listen, I’m not putting it out there, I’m not saying I’m going to be in the Royal Rumble… What I’m saying is I would love to be in the Royal Rumble next year. If everything still goes right with me, I would love to have the opportunity to do that. But, I have to be straight. My body has to be good and ready to go.&#8221;</blockquote>
