Daniel Bryan is currently part of a headline feud with The Miz that has allowed both Brie Bella and Maryse to become part of their rivalry ahead of Hell in a Cell.

Following WrestleMania this year when Big Cass made his return to the ring following injury, he targeted Daniel Bryan because he wanted to prove that he was a bigger guy.

Their feud saw Bryan defeat Cass a number of times to prove that he’s the better man, which left many members of the WWE Universe wondering where the feud was actually heading.

Cass was fired from the company part way through the feud which meant that there was no end to their rivalry and the reasons for his departure have remained undisclosed.

But it appears that Daniel Bryan enjoyed working with Big Cass and recently opened up about working with the former NXT star as part of an interview with Sky Sports.

“I really liked wrestling Big Cass., he said via RingSideNews. I thought that he progressed a lot in the time that we were working together. So, I honestly wish him the best of luck. I like him a lot as a person and as a wrestler so I hope he does very well.”

Big Cass has been away from the company for a number of months now and has since become known as Big Cazz on the Independent Circuit and whilst there have been rumors that Cass could be linking up with his former teammate Enzo Amore, but as of yet Amore has remained reluctant to wrestle again and recently stated that he wouldn’t be making his in-ring return any time soon.
