Dragon Lee, The Foundation, and Jonathan Gresham Retain Their Titles at ROH Final Battle

Dragon Lee successfully retained the ROH Television Championship during the ROH Final Battle event.

Lee’s challenger Tony Deppen won the right to challenge for the championship in a Four Counters Survival Number One Contender match earlier in the evening.

Deppen was one of four contenders for a championship opportunity. The others were Dak Draper, LSG, and Josh Woods. Deppen pinned LSG to win the opportunity.

When Lee and Deppen faced off, Lee was able to hit a poisonrana on Deppen, followed by a couple of knee strikes to get the pin and retain the ROH Television Championship.

The current ROH World Tag Team Champions, The Foundation, consisting of Jay Lethal and Jonathan Gresham also retained their championships during the event.

The Foundation was challenged for the titles by PCO and Mark Brisco. The challengers had the upper hand before PCO accidentally speared his partner, allowing Gresham to get the pin and the win.

The night wasn’t over for Gresham, however, who then went on to defend his ROH Pure Championship against Flip Gordon.

Gresham was able to hit a hammerlock superplex and a trio of running forearms or Gordon, knocking him unconscious and retaining his title via referee stoppage.
