Drew McIntyre Suffers Injury At WWE Live Event?
WrestleMania is now just over a month away, which means that every superstar wants to be firing on all cylinders, but it appears that at Saturday’s WWE Live Event in Tupelo, Mississippi Drew McIntyre had something of a close call.
Initial reports suggested that it was actually Dean Ambrose who suffered an injury, but it was later revealed that The Scottish Psychopath was the one who suffered what looked like a knee injury.
McIntyre was helped to the back after the match, but was still able to hit the Claymore Kick to finish up the match. It was later revealed that McIntyre is now fine and this was just considered a close call.
It will be interesting to see what part he plays in tonight’s penultimate episode of Raw ahead of Fastlane, since WWE could opt to rest him if he has a small injury that could be re-aggravated.
Two More 2019 Hall Of Fame Inductees Revealed?
The WWE Hall of Fame inductees for 2019 have finally begun to be revealed and last week was quite a shock since it was confirmed that D-Generation X would all be taking their place among the elite of wrestling and that Chyna would finally be added to the Hall of Fame.
Those announcements are set to continue in the coming weeks as this year’s class continues to take shape and recently WrestleVotes sent out a tweet that stated that Taz and The Honky Tonk Man could be added to this year’s Hall of Fame as well. The source did go on to state that Honky Tonk Man is a definite but Taz may not be.
There are a number of candidates that have been put forward for this year’s class including The Hart Foundation and even Vader, but until WWE make the official announcement tonight on Raw, it is unknown who the next name will be.
