Drew McIntyre Wants to Team Up With Indian Movie Star John Abraham for Tag Team Match

At Hell In A Cell, Drew McIntyre lost the WWE Championship to Randy Orton in what turned out to be a shocking loss for the Scottish Psychopath.

This week on Monday Night RAW, McIntyre promised to recapture the WWE Championship and didn’t hesitate to trade blows with Orton.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, not only has WWE canceled all live events, but their program of sending Superstars to India for marketing their product and boosting the fanbase has also been halted.

During a recent interview with WWE India’s Gaelyn Mendonca, McIntyre surprised fans when he expressed his desire to team up with Bollywood star John Abraham for a tag team match upon his visit to India.

“Jinder has spoken to me about different Bollywood actors and heroes from the country, but I absolutely love John Abraham, love his look as well. I hope when I visit India, I could have him join me in a Tag Team Match.”

Abraham is often idolized for the fitness and bodybuilding enthusiast he is, and the 47-year-old megastar also boasts of an incredible physique.

Abraham also joined Sheamus on stage and the two had a brief staredown during The Fella’s trip to India in 2016.

It goes without saying that WWE fans in India would love to witness a match featuring McIntyre and Abraham against a heel duo.
