Enzo Amore Reacts Following Big Cass’ Official WWE Release

WWE has officially announced “former” Superstar Big Cass’ release from the company. The announcement was made a few hours prior to this week’s episode of SmackDown Live.

The 30-year-old last wrestled at money in the bank where he lost to Daniel Bryan via submission. Cass’ former partner, Enzo Amore, who was stripped off of the Cruiserweight Championship and fired from WWE back in January following allegations of sexual assault, did not directly reference Cass’ name on Twitter but tweeted the following just minutes after WWE announced the release of the 7-footer.

Enzo also retweeted the following tweet from wrestling fan Wale but it’s unclear if that has to do with Cass.

Amore revealed last week that he and Cass had heat in real life that arose from Cass’ injury in August, 2017. Amore said that he never forgave Cass for not finishing the match after tearing his anterior cruciate ligament (ACL).

With Cass and Amore already fired from the company, only Carmella (who was a part of the stable alongside the two men) still remains with WWE and is currently enjoying her first reign as the SmackDown Women’s Champion.
