The first two matchups for the second round of WWE’s Mixed Match Challenge have been announced.

Mixed Match Challenge: Season 2, will begin streaming live exclusively on Facebook Watch starting next Tuesday (September 18).

The first episode will have two matches, both featuring a returning team from the first season and a new team from this season.

The first two matches will be Braun Strowman & Alex Bliss against Kevin Owens & Natalya and Jimmy Uso & Naomi against AJ Styles & Charlotte Flair.

Strowman and Bliss are veterans of the Mixed Match challenge and became fan favorites last season as Team Little Big. The Goddess and the Monster worked quite effectively together, making it to the semifinals before losing to the eventual winners, The Miz and Asuka.

Their challengers, Natalya and Owens are a bit more of an unknown quantity. While Natalya participated during the first season, she and her partner Shinsuke Nakamura were knocked out in the first round. How she’ll work with Owens is up in the air as they don’t really have much of a history or anything in common aside from the fact they are both Canadian.

Real life husband and wife team Jimmy and Naomi are also veterans of this type of match. Last season, they made it to the quarter finals before getting beaten by Team Little Big. The two are probably itching to go further this time, or even just get one over Team Little Big.

The current WWE Champion AJ Styles is a newcomer to this type of challenge, but his phenomenal talent will be backed up by the talent and experience of the SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte. Last season, Charlotte teamed with Bobby Roode and made it to the finals.
