Florida To Host WrestleMania 36, Heel Ronda Rousey, The Undertaker Poses With IMPACT Stars, Hall Of Fame

Florida To Host WrestleMania 36

WrestleMania 36 will be taking place “100% in Florida” although the exact location isn’t confirmed yet.

On Oh, You Didn’t Know podcast, Brad Shepard revealed that WWE has decided for Florida to host next year’s WrestleMania.

“WrestleMania 36. I’m not going to give you the location yet. I can tell you WWE does not want this getting out yet. They do not, that has been made clear to me. 100% WrestleMania 36 is in Florida. Soon enough I’ll have the exact location out. You can obviously imagine there are a few possibilities. For now, I’ll leave it at that.”

WrestleMania XXIV took place at the Florida Citrus Bowl, WrestleMania XXVIII aired from the Sun Life Stadium while Camping World Stadium played home to WrestleMania 33. It would be the fourth time that Florida plays host to WWE’s biggest annual PPV.

Heel Ronda Rousey

Ronda Rousey will defend the RAW Women’s Championship against Sasha Banks this Sunday at Royal Rumble. While the title defense has a babyface vs. babyface theme, it appears WWE is giving it the traditional babyface vs. heel paint.

On this week’s episode of Monday Night RAW, heel announcer Corey Graves put Rousey over (on the mic) which is quite unusual given he is actually known for standing behind heels or badmouthing babyfaces at best. Ronda technically suffered her first loss that night in tag team action although it was her partner Natalya who tapped out to Banks.

Could The Rowdy One be the heel walking into Royal Rumble on January 27?

WWE Hall Of Fame

On Oh, You Didn’t Know podcast, Brad Shepard revealed that WWE is in talks of changing up its annual Hall of Fame presentation. The revamped experience could be unveiled at this year’s ceremony.

WWE has also switched the NXT TakeOver event from Saturday night to Friday night and moved the WWE Hall of Fame ceremony to replace it.

“I did hear that they are going to re-imagine the presentation of the Hall Of Fame.”
