The first and former WWE Cruiserweight Champion, TJP was ready to take on anyone on the 205 Live roster but he probably was not expecting Noam Dar.

Noam Dar returned to 205 Live this week after out of action since December, 2017 with a knee injury. As noted by the announcers, Dar was part of the United Kingdom Championship Tournament Special a couple of weeks ago so, technically, that marked his return to in-ring action.

This week’s episode of 205 Live didn’t go well for TJP as he suffered defeat at the hands of Dar. TJP has been doing promos expressing frustration about the lack of competition on the brand for a month now, even teasing a possible switch to another brand. He had also hinted moving to Monday night RAW or SmackDown Live and had expressed his desire to enter negotiations with NXT General Manager, William Regal. The loss to Dar came off as either a burial for TJP or his send-off before his jump to another brand.
