Former WWE Superstar Summer Rae is set to return for in-ring action after almost two years in the pro-wrestling business. Rae, who was a main cast on the reality show “Total Divas” during its second and third seasons, has been announced for Battle Championship Wrestling’s show at the Whitehorse Function and Convention Centre in Australia on Friday, May 25, 2018.

Rae will be facing Lucha Underground star Ivelisse and the match will be part of the BCW Women’s Champion Tournament. Rae will be wrestling under her real name, Danielle Moinet.

Rae was released from her WWE Contract in October, 2017, although she hasn’t been involved in a match since 2016 when she joined forces with Natalya in a losing effort against the team of Becky Lynch and Naomi at a non-televised WWE event.

Rae, who is currently pursuing work in Hollywood, was sidelined due to injuries leading to her release in 2017 and ranked 49 of the top 50 female wrestlers in the PWI Female 50 in 2014.
