Hangman Page Kicked Out of The Elite, Taynara Conti Joins Dark Order

Hangman Page was kicked out of the Elite this week on AEW Dynamite, after costing The Young Bucks an opportunity to become the No.1 contenders for the AEW World Tag Team Championships.

Young Bucks, along with Best Friends, Natural Nightmares, and FTR, competed in the Gauntlet Match at the start of the show on Dynamite, with FTR reigning supreme.

Young Bucks took down Natural Nightmares but Page ended up holding Nick’s leg in their match against Best Friends, leading to their elimination.

Later in the show, the duo walked up to Page and kicked him out of the group, slamming the door in his face. A depressed Page stood alone, staring down his own face in a broken mirror.

Page’s exit was foreshadowed for several months, as his alcohol problems have often stood in the way of his loyalty to the Elite. Page is still the Tag Team Champion with Elite member Kenny Omega, but the duo is highly expected to drop the title at All Out against FTR.

As Elite went down by one person, The Dark Order continued their recruitment, as the ‘QueenSlayer’ Anna Jay recruited her partner from the AEW Tag Team Cup, Taynara Conti, into the heel faction.

With six men and two women, the Dark Order stands strong with an impressive head-count.
