Finn Balor and Andrade have been feuding on SmackDown Live ever since The Demon King made his way over to The Blue Brand as part of The Superstar Shakeup. A few weeks ago Andrade picked up the win over Balor when he appeared on Raw, but the company opted to move him back over to SmackDown Live which was where The Irish star leveled the score with a victory of his own.

It has been rumored for the past few weeks that Balor would defend the Intercontinental Championship against Andrade at Money in the Bank, but instead the company opted to put both Balor and The Mexican star in the Money in the Bank contract match alongside Ali, Randy Orton, Ricochet, Drew McIntyre, Sami Zayn and Baron Corbin.

This past week on SmackDown Live, Andrade picked up the win in a fatal four-way match that also included Ali and Randy Orton by pinning Balor once again, which means that he definitely has a Championship match in his future.

According to Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer, the plan is for this feud to continue after Money in the Bank since the company is still very high on the former NXT Champion. Andrade has started to learn English and has been rumored to be the subject of a huge push within the SmackDown brand in the coming months, which could see him finally lift gold on the main roster.

Balor has been a fantastic Intercontinental Champion, but huge things are expected of Andrade with Zelina Vega by his side and the fact that Vince McMahon remains high on him means that a Championship reign is definitely in his future and could happen as soon as WWE Stomping Grounds next month or even Super Showdown in Saudi Arabia if WWE decides to book the match.
