Jason Jordan hasn’t been seen on WWE TV back in February when he was sent home from Monday Night RAW as a way to write him off WWE TV when he was in need of neck surgery.

It was reported that the surgery that Jordan required was minor but it has since kept him on the sidelines since there have been a number of complications in relation to his comeback.

Jordan has since been looking at the transition into becoming a backstage producer for WWE since, it’s unknown if he will ever be able to return to the ring, and according to a report by ProWrestling.com, the triple crown Tag Team Champion produced one of the matches last night on SmackDown Live.

Jason Jordan was said to have helped piece together the match between Peyton Royce and Naomi, which came about after the challenge was accepted online and it allowed Naomi to make her return to WWE TV after a while away.

The match ended with a victory for Peyton Royce off a Fisherman’s suplex but also included Billie Kay, who was neutralized at ringside by Naomi part way through the match. SmackDown Live was a packed show that included a women’s brawl and a no-disqualification match that saw the Tag Team Championships change hands.
