The Forgotten Sons haven’t been seen on WWE TV since Money in the Bank back in May, since Jaxson Ryker’s political comments on Twitter forced WWE to remove the group from TV.
Ryker and his partners Wesley Blake and Steve Cutler were in line for a Tag Team Championship shot but were replaced by Cesaro and Shinsuke Nakamura after the trio was removed from SmackDown.
There was some negative backlash on Twitter after Ryker made a comment about Donald Trump and fellow WWE star Kevin Owens even commented on the post.
WWE was able to take the trio off TV before the backlash could be aimed at the show, which could be why it’s time for the trio to make their return.
Ryker recently hinted that the group could be making their return to the blue brand soon, with his latest Instagram update.
The former NXT star wrote: “The Forgotten Sons wait….. soon we will unleash the aggression.”
