<p>John Cena has officially confirmed that he underwent a hair transplant to address his long-discussed bald spot. </p>



<p>Speaking candidly on The Pat McAfee Show, Cena said he opted to fix the issue after years of public teasing, even joking that fans “bullied” him into it.</p>

<p>&#8220;There’s another headline for you—hair transplant, look at that. There’s no shame in that, man. I got a problem, I try to fix it. That’s what I’m doing.&#8221;</p>

<p>Cena revealed he had the procedure done in November 2024. He explained the transplant process, likening it to taking the lawn from the sides and planting it on the dry patch. The recovery hasn’t been quick—his hair began shedding in January and February to make way for new growth—but Cena says the results are finally starting to show.</p>



<p>Despite the intense scrutiny he’s faced over the years, Cena made it clear there’s no shame in taking control of your appearance. </p>

Thank you for bullying me into getting surgical hair replacement. That’s how far y’all pushed me.&#8221;</p>

<p>Cena hasn’t named the doctor yet, calling it a “work in progress,” but said he’ll share the info once the results improve.</p>
