John Cena is the most elite and decorated veteran of The Modern Era in WWE.



In his 17-year-long career, Cena has been through various ups and downs in WWE &#8211; be it taking a ruthless beating from The Nexus or losing to CM Punk, The Champ has always made the most out of every segment, leaving a lasting impression in the process.



During a recent interview with Chris Van Vliet, Cena took a shot (ever so slightly) at the talent noting that it is the responsibility of the Superstars to make the stories work, no matter how lackluster they are.

The 16-time World Champion defended the creative team and explained that while it&#8217;s not easy to get over in WWE, the wrestlers should take the ball and run with it, no matter what it might be.
