Jon Moxley Claims There’s No Man Who Can Make Him Quit Ahead Of AEW Fyter Fest Debut

Jon Moxley is enjoying his life outside WWE. He is currently signed to AEW under a lucrative $6 million/year deal while also maintaining a working relationship with NJPW where he is the reigning IWGP United States Champion.

Moxley’s WWE career saw him reaching enormous heights as Dean Ambrose and cementing himself as Grand Slam Champion. However, today the very name of WWE brings a sour taste to his mouth and this bitterness happens to be growing on a daily basis despite the fact that he quit the promotion a couple of months ago.

While speaking to NJPW, the hot AEW megastar was asked what separates him from the bunch. Mox gave a very candid response – he can be beaten but he’ll never quit – something that’s quite synonymous with 16-time World Champion John Cena.

“I like to think that there’s no man on planet Earth that can break my will, or make me quit. Can I be beaten, for sure. But it’s a long night for you to beat me. It’s going to take everything you have because I’m going to keep coming at you until I have nothing left. In terms of heart and unwillingness to back down, maybe some might be equal to me, but certainly nobody greater.”

It’s to be noted that Moxley’s career has been on the rise since his departure from WWE. His last few months in that promotion were nothing short of a nightmare and the creative had to turn him babyface after realizing the disaster his heel turn had turned out to be. The 33-year-old wrestler has successfully managed to erase his old character and is now making headlines with his edgy gimmick.

Moxley will be making his impending AEW debut against Joey Janela at the upcoming Fyter Fest event on June 29 at the Ocean Center, Daytona Beach, Florida, US.
