Kane was a surprise addition to the blockbuster match between Triple H and The Undertaker in Australia when The Deadman announced that his “brother” would be in his corner to counteract any impact that Shawn Michaels might be thinking about having.
Kane is a former World Champion in his own right, but he is a very busy man right now since he’s busy being the Mayor of Knox County in Tennessee.
The Devil’s Favourite Demon did state when he became Mayor a few weeks ago that he would return for special appearances but could no longer commit to longer storylines.
It’s already been announced that Shawn Michaels will be in attendance at Raw next week and so will The Undertaker and Triple H, which means that it’s likely that there will be a huge showdown between the two men and Michaels could then get in the middle to build up the match before their huge match in Australia next weekend (Oct 6).
Mike Johnson of PWInsider recently reported that he believes that Kane will not be in attendance for the go-home episode of the show, instead he will be saved for Australia when he and Undertaker will be in the same ring for the first time in years.
“I have not heard anything about Kane appearing. My guess is Kane will not be seen until Australia,” he said via Ringsidenews.
Kane hasn’t been seen on WWE TV since becoming the Mayor of Knox County at the beginning of August and his presence in Australia is reported to be the beginning of a storyline between the four men which could culminate at WWE Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia on November 2nd.
