Former WWE superstars Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows are going to make an impact tonight. Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson, who were part of the April layoffs by the WWE, have confirmed their next stop is IMPACT Wrestling.
The duo announced the move to IMPACT by dropping a video on their Talk’N Shop podcast live stream.
The video begins with the two men talking about how everyone is wondering what is next for them. It is then revealed that they are standing in an IMPACT ring.
“The rumors are true. The internet buzz was correct,” says Gallows. “We have officially signed with Impact Wrestling.”
“And we’re going to be live on pay-per-view tonight for Slammiversary. It’s a ‘good brother’ time, baby,” he adds.
IMPACT confirmed the signing on their official Twitter.
Like most of the released WWE talent, Gallows and Anderson were subject to a 30-day non-compete clause when they were let go by the WWE. That expires this weekend.
One of the other persistent rumors about where the Good Brothers were going – aside from IMPACT – was back to New Japan Pro Wrestling. There are reports, however, that their contract with IMPACT has a clause that will allow them to work dates for NJPW, giving Gallows and Anderson the best of both worlds.
