Kenny Omega – WWE Deal

Kenny Omega‘s time with NJPW is almost up as WWE fires on all cylinders to bag The Cleaner. It was earlier reported that Omega has received a “fantastic offer” from WWE. On January 5, a meeting between AEW, NJPW and ROH took place and while it’s yet to be revealed what agreement the three promotions have come to, it appears that WWE has done what it possibly can to sign Omega.

Becky Lynch Takes Shot At Asuka

Becky Lynch was set to face Asuka for the SmackDown Women’s Championship at Royal Rumble. However, in the New Era where guaranteed automatic rematches are a thing of the past, the championship match was cancelled although it’s believed that The Man and The Empress will eventually go 1-on-1 with the title on the line on January 27.

With three weeks still left for Royal Rumble, Lynch has already started firing cannonballs at the current SmackDown Women’s Champion.

Shinsuke Nakamura Names Underrated WWE Superstars

During a recent interview with Sports Illustrated, former WWE United States Champion Shinsuke Nakamura named Superstars (on the current main roster) who according to him are underrated.

While there is an entire bunch of underrated main roster talent waiting for the big break and exposure in their respective WWE careers, The Artist was frank enough to name a few people in specific.

“Honestly, most people in WWE are underrated. I can choose so many people. They have so much ability but can’t show everything on TV. Everybody has a great ability to wrestle, and you can see that at the house shows. Tye Dillinger, Shelton Benjamin, Primo and Epico, The Bludgeon Brothers, The New Day, they’re all underrated.”
