Latest Commercial Confirms Three Matches For WWE TLC: Tables, Ladders & Chairs

WWE’s final pay-per-view of the decade, TLC: Tables, Ladders & Chairs takes place in just two weeks from the Target Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

The matches are yet to be announced officially but meanwhile, a new commercial has already confirmed three matches for the show. Typically, local advertisements end up being changed but that doesn’t seem to be the case this time as Target Center has already listed those matches on its official website.

The three matches listed for TLC are as follows:

  • Roman Reigns vs. King Corbin in a TLC Match
  • Charlotte Flair & Becky Lynch vs. The Kabuki Warriors in the first-ever Women’s TLC Match
  • Rusev vs. Bobby Lashley (w/Lana)

Dave Meltzer previously noted that the afore-mentioned bookings are indeed scheduled for the show.

Roman Reigns‘ rivalry with King Corbin gained steam during their major fallout at Survivor Series. On the latest edition of SmackDown Live, The Big Dog defeated Bobby Roode and laid waste to his allies namely, Corbin and Dolph Ziggler to advance the build for TLC.

On the other hand, Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch failed to dethrone WWE Tag Team Champions The Kabuki Warriors (Asuka & Kairi Sane) in the Fatal 4-Way title match at Starrcade. However, it’s all part of the plan as rumors suggest that The Queen and The Man would be crowned the new tag team champs of the women’s division come December 16. Given Sane’s contract expires early next year with no sign of a potential renewal, it only makes sense for WWE to take the titles off the Japanese duo.

Meanwhile, Rusev and Bobby Lashley have been brawling at live events all across the country with most faceoffs ending in a disqualification. Both men were advertised for an official match at Starrcade but WWE swerved fans by having Kevin Owens face Lashley instead. The bout ended in a DQ with The Bulgarian Brute attacking The Almighty and getting the upper hand ahead of their first PPV meeting.
