Lio Rush has achieved a lot of things in his wrestling career, despite being just 25. He had a great run in indies, followed a move to WWE, where he was quickly moved to the main roster.
However, controversies have followed him all his career. WWE shockingly released the former Cruiserweight Champion in April, during the company-wide cuts.
Rush teased a possible retirement after his release, and talked about a possible ‘final match’. However, it seems like the young star has dropped those plans and is aiming for a deal with one of the top companies.
Rush tweeted out a list of wrestling companies with ROH and WWE having a checkmark, while others like AEW and Impact being possible options for him.
Rush has tremendous potential and could be a wonderful signing for any company he goes to. WWE had great faith in him, as, despite his controversies, the company paired him with up one of their top stars, Bobby Lashley.
