Liv Morgan took on Natalya this week on Monday Night Raw, which was a match that was designed for Lana and Nattie to show off their recent alliance. The Ravishing Russian was the one who helped Nattie pick up the victory, in a short bout between the two stars.
WWE has been pre-recording episodes of Raw, SmackDown and NXT for the past few months and this obviously allows the company to edit out parts of matches to ensure that everything runs to time.
The match between Morgan and Nattie didn’t look heavily edited, but Morgan recently took to Twitter where she fired shots at WWE for still sharing the images of parts of the match that they had taken out.
Morgan’s offense in the match lasted little more than two minutes before Nattie got the advantage and won the match via submission after interference from Lana.
The above images show that the match was actually much more competitive with Liv hitting a hurricanrana and a dropkick, neither of which were shown on Monday Night Raw.
After Liv’s match, there was a hint that she would be reuniting with Ruby Riott, so it appears that the emphasis of that match was on Morgan losing and the frustration leading to an unlikely reunion.
