Yet another entrant has been announced for the Casino Ladder Match that is set for the AEW Double or Nothing pay-per-view on May 23.
Luchasaurus is the eighth entrant in the match, which will earn the winner a shot at the AEW World Championship.
Yesterday, Frankie Kazarian was announced as the seventh entry to the Casino Ladder Match which will have nine participants.
Currently, aside from Luchasaurus and Kazarian, the other entrants are Darby Allin, Colt Cabana, Orange Cassidy, Scorpio Sky, Rey Fenix and Kip Sabian.
The Casino Ladder Match will begin with two of the nine entrants starting out in the ring with a casino chip above the ring. Every 90 seconds another participant will enter until all men are in the ring. The bout will end when one of the participants grab a hold of the casino chip.
Another match that will be held during Double or Nothing will be between The Elite (with the assistance of Matt Hardy) and Chris Jericho’s faction the Inner Circle.
Before both factions will clash at the upcoming pay-per-view, however, AEW is announcing a singles match between two of their members for the next episode of AEW Dynamite this Wednesday.
On AEW’s official Twitter, it was announced that the Inner Circle’s Sammy Guevara will be facing off against recent WWE transplant, Matt Hardy.
Hardy, who parted ways with WWE mostly over dissatisfaction on his creative direction, has returned to his “Broken” Matt Hardy persona and renewed his relationship with The Young Bucks and The Elite.
