Luke Harer Is Now Brodie Lee

Former WWE superstar Luke Harper has been absent from Instagram since his release from the company last year. However, it is being reported by Wrestling that Harper hasn’t just returned to Instagram but also changed his Instagram name.

Below you can see the most recent post from Harper, who’s Instagram user name is now Brodie Lee, the name he was known by before joining WWE.

Goodbye forever, Larry.

It was reported that, back in November, Harper applied for a trademark on the Brodie Lee name so it’s likely that it will be the name he uses moving forward in his wrestling career.

Harper was officially released from his WWE contract last December 8 and is under a 90 days no-compete clause, so we’re going to have to wait to see where “Brodie Lee” appears next. Many rumors place him going to AEW where he’s supposed to have many friends and supporters including Arn Anderson.

Two Women Superstars To Go Back To Japan?

Rumors are swirling that two of WWE’s Japanese women wrestlers could be heading back to their homeland.

Bushiroad, the parent company of Japan’s STARDOM promotion, is said to be willing to offer good money to Kairi Sane and Io Shirai if they agree to return.

Takkai Kidani, director of Bushiroad, was interviewed by Tokyo Sports back in November and he said he wanted both Sane and Shirai back. A “good money offer”  awaits both women if they agree.

During yesterday’s Wrestling Observer Radio, Meltzer said that Bushiroad feels that they “need” superstars like the two women if they are to move forward.

He also noted that Shirai, who is engaged to the New Japan Pro Wrestling star Evil, might be a bit unhappy being separated from him in the US. He said that, in an effort to keep her, WWE might want to move her to the main roster where she would also get a pay raise.
