Mandy Rose’s feud with her former best friend Sonya Deville came to an end back at SummerSlam when Rose was able to defeat The Pride Fighter and force her to leave WWE.
In reality, Deville had asked for some time away from WWE after she was recently the victim of attempted kidnapping and is now going through legal proceedings.
This means that the whole storyline between the two women has been dropped and The Golden Goddess has been forced to focus on a new direction.
Rose was recently a guest on The Bump where she made it clear that following the victory, she was coming for the SmackDown Women’s Championship.
Bayley was able to defeat Asuka at SummerSlam to retain her Championship and seemingly end her feud with The Empress of Tomorrow, who has now returned to RAW with the Women’s Championship.
This means that Bayley and Rose could start their feud as early as this week on SmackDown.
That being said, Naomi was able to pin Bayley last week on SmackDown in the build-up to her match at SummerSlam, so it will be interesting to see which star is given the go-ahead to challenge Bayley for her Championship next.
