Mandy Rose is currently seeing Otis in kayfabe and has shaken things up when it comes to her in-ring attire. Rose ditched her golden attire to dress up in denim-shorts and denim vest, matching Otis’ working man gimmick.
Otis, who currently holds the Money in the Bank briefcase, teamed up with Rose to take on Dolph Ziggler and Sonya Deville last week, in which Rose was pinned by Deville.
Rose’s new attire may be a perfect match to her boyfriend, but it could be a problem on television. After taking a bump onto the mat, Rose suffered a wardrobe malfunction and was exposed on camera.
It was a slight nip slip but fans caught it, and Rose will have to make adjustments to her attire soon, to avoid such mishaps in the future. This was a taped episode of SmackDown, which makes it even more surprising that WWE let it go on air without reviewing this incident.
WWE added a line about AJ Styles’ permanent switch to SmackDown quite late after the taping, but didn’t bother to fix this slip.
Elsewhere, Alexa Bliss was targeted by a podcaster named JD, who compared her in-ring work to being in bed with Bliss. JD talked about Bliss just ‘lays there’ and she is totally awful in the ring.
Alexa Bliss did not appreciate this at all, and immediately fired back to the crude comment on her Twitter. Bliss also had support from Paige and Sonya Deville, who called out the podcaster for his cyberbullying.
This comes merely days after Stardom star Hana Kimura committed suicide after being subjected to bullying. Bliss had sent out a tweet in support of Kimura and said that she hopes people start understanding what effect their words have on others.
The podcaster responded to Bliss’ scathing reply and said that Sasha Banks is better than her, purposefully playing into the well-documented Bliss-Banks backstage heat.
