Mick Foley Calls Out “Glaring Omission” From WWE Hall of Fame

Mick Foley is continuing his push to see Vader inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. Vader died in 2018 after years struggling with heart problems.

Foley has been lobbying for Vader in the Hall of Fame since earlier this year for the 2020 Class. He’s taken up the cause again on Twitter after a Tweet from Vader’s son saying his “pops” loved working with Foley.

“I loved working with your dad,” tweeted back Foley.

“In my opinion, Vader’s absence is the most glaring and obvious omission from the WWE HOF,” he added.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2020 Hall of Fame has been pushed back indefinitely. WWE is reportedly waiting for the crowd to be allowed again before pushing through with the ceremony.

If the 2020 Hall of Fame can’t be held till next year, there are rumors that there might not be a “new” class for 2021.

The 2020 inductees were supposed to include NWO, Batista, Nikki and Brie Bella, Justin Thunder Liger, and Davey Boy Smith a.k.a The British Bulldog.
